Our Truffle Olive Oil is truly a treat. The flavor is deep, earthy, intoxicating, and yet delicate. The truffle flavor blends smoothly into dishes. Just use a couple of drops while cooking and the dish will acquire a depth, a je ne sais quoi, that only experienced chefs will know how to identify.
We use it on everything -- pasta, goat cheese, polenta, mashed potatoes, risotto with mushrooms, filet mignon, and salad dressings. You can even add some truffle olive oil and grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese to fresh-popped popcorn, for an easy snack (that may be the fanciest popcorn you’ve ever had).
Our Truffle Olive Oil pairs well with all of our balsamic vinegars, but we especially like to pair it with our Traditional Balsamic Vinegar, our Honey Ginger Balsamic Vinegar, and our Champagne Balsamic Vinegar, because they add sweet notes on top of the earthy truffle flavor.
