Basil was usually harvested during summer and blended with olives during winter, allowing families to keep tasting warm summer notes through the cold months. Once extracted, the infused oil produces a fresh aroma and a stronger olive taste.
Our Basil Olive Oil maintains the same quality of the Old Country. It carries buttery notes, a hint of mint, and a peppery taste.
