This is our special extra virgin Chef’s Blend of Australian Arbequina and Picual olives - you get to taste the Southern hemisphere! It’s moderately complex, with a very well balanced tasting profile of freshness, fruitiness, pungency, slight bitterness, and a lingering peppery finish.
It works excellently as an all-purpose olive oil, adaptable to any dish in the kitchen, including chicken, seafood, sauces, salad dressings, and dipping bread. It’s also an excellent choice for retail, for personal or corporate gifting, and for special celebrations.
It pairs particularly well with our fruit balsamic vinegars, such as our Blackberry Balsamic Vinegar, our Fig Balsamic Vinegar, and our Pear Champagne Balsamic vinegar, which add fruity notes to balance its savory quality.
