Basil Pear Mimosa

Yes, a Basil Pear Mimosa… and we’re obsessed! WOW, our Il Fusti Basil Olive Oil and Il Fusti Pear Champagne Balsamic Vinegar added such depth to the drink. Who would have known! These fun flavors created an awesome variation of the traditional mimosa that felt so fancy : ) We highly recommend this if you wanted to class up your brunch or late afternoon weekend.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 tablespoons Il Fusti Pear Champagne Balsamic Vinegar
• 1/2 teaspoon Il Fusti Basil Olive Oil
• 6 oz sparkling wine
• Coat the rim with brown sugar and garnish with a pear slice if desired 

Instructions

Add Il Fusti Pear Champagne Balsamic Vinegar and Il Fusti Basil Olive Oil to a champagne flute and then top with sparkling wine.
