Starbucks-Inspired Olive Oil Latte

We’ve been hooked on this Starbucks-inspired Olive Oil Latte ever since we first tried it. The secret? Il Fusti Arbosano Olive Oil. It adds a peppery hint and gives the latte a smooth, luxurious taste that’s unlike anything else. You have to try this recipe—it’s become a go-to in our routine!

INGREDIENTS

• 1.5 oz espresso
• 1 tbsp Il Fusti Arbosano Olive Oil
• 6 oz oat milk

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add the oat milk and  Il Fusti Arbosano Olive Oil to the milk frother. Adjust the temperature to 140-145 degrees F and start the heating cycle.
2. Meanwhile, place an espresso pod into your machine. Generate one shot of espresso, dispensing into your mug of choice or transferring the espresso shot into the mug after it brews.
3. When the oat milk is finished steaming and frothing, gently pour into the mug. Serve hot and enjoy.
