Peach Vanilla Ice Cream With Olive Oil and Sea Salt

We indulged in this decadent Peach Vanilla Ice Cream, enhanced by the unique twist of Il Fusti Blood Orange Olive Oil. The bright citrus of the olive oil added a sophisticated depth, perfectly complementing sweet peaches and creamy vanilla. Ingredients

  • 1 pint of Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
  • 1 peach
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp of granulated monk fruit
  • 2 tsp of Il Fusti Blood Orange Olive Oil
  • 1 pinch of sea salt flakes



Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the peaches.
  2. Drizzle vanilla extract and sprinkle granulated monk fruit over the peaches.
  3. Air fry the peaches for 9 minutes at 350F and then let it cool down completely.
  4. Serve ice cream in a little bowl, top with peaches, Il Fusti Blood Orange Olive Oil, and sea salt.
  5. Enjoy!
