Lemon Honey Chevre

INGREDIENTS

• 2 tbs. Lemon Olive Oil
• 2 tbs. California Wildflower Honey
• 1/2 lb. Soft Goat Cheese

DIRECTIONS

Step 1:

Wisk Lemon Olive Oil and honey together in a saucepan over low heat until smooth. Remove from heat and cool.

Step 2:

Beat together goat cheese and Lemon Olive Oil/honey mixture with an electric mixer until creamy. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Step 3:

Serve on a bagel or French bread or dip with vanilla wafers as a sweet treat!
