This marinade is tangy-delicious and zesty! Perfect for a quick, light and healthy meal. This recipe uses our Lemon Olive Oil and Champagne Vinegar.
Mix together marinade ingredients and let sit for several hours. Reserve 1/4 cup for noodles.
Add the prawns to the marinade cover, and let sit for a couple of hours.
Skewer the prawns and cook over a low fire until just pink. Make the noodles according to package directions, toss in reserved marinade.
Serve the prawns over the noodles, garnish with green onions.
