This Easy Mango Salsa is the perfect sweet and savory dip for your tortillas and chips. It’s easy to make and doesn’t require much time to make. - 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1 container of cherry tomatoes, diced into quarters
- 3 tbsp finely diced red onion
- 1/2 a jalapeño, minced
- 3 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 tbsp Il Fusti Manzanillo Olive Oil
- Juice of one lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
Add the mango, cherry tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro to a medium bowl.
Then, add in your Manzanillo Olive Oil, lime juice, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and taste for seasoning.
Serve immediately and enjoy! Add lemon slices if desired.
