Chocolate Olive Oil Toast

Bread with chocolate AND olive oil? Yes, please! Believe it or not, bread with chocolate is a simple dessert that is very popular in Catalonia, Spain. We decided to give it a try and take it to the next level by adding our extra-virgin Estate Olive Oil and sea salt. So simple but so good! Here's how we made it:
Preheat the oven or boiler to approximately 325°F. Coarsely grate the chocolate onto a plate. Place the bread on a baking sheet or heatproof plate. Toast under the broiler until golden on both sides. Spoon the grated chocolate over the toast, covering it completely. Pour the
Il Fusti Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil over the chocolate and sprinkle with the salt flakes.
