Blackberry Balsamic Vinaigrette

Inspired by our Blackberry Balsamic Vinegar, we could not resist to make a Blackberry Balsamic Vinaigrette! We are overjoyed with how it turned out and couldn't help but add this to our recipes. It goes great on a fresh berry, arugula, goat cheese salad or as a chicken marinade. We’re talking, really, really delicious! For this recipe, we used Organic Arbosano Extra Virgin Olive Oil and our Blackberry Balsamic Vinegar.



  1. Add the everything except the Organic Arbosano Extra Virgin Olive Oil into a small saucepan and place it over low heat. Stirring and cook just to dissolve the sugar and warm the mixture, about 3 minutes.
  2. Remove the pan from the heat and use the back of a fork to break up the blackberries. (We liked to keep them partially intact.)
  3. Gradually whisk in the oil and blend until it's completely emulsified.

 Blackberry Balsamic Vinegar
