We just finished the last two packs of chips in our kitchen because of this Arbosano Pumpkin Hummus. It has a delectable, creamy texture, and when we added our Il Fusti Arbosano Olive Oil, it added an interesting mix of sweetness and spice to the dip. We will surely make this again for our game night!
1 c. pumpkin purée
1 (15-oz.) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/2 c. tahini
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp. Il Fusti Arbosano Olive Oil
1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon, plus more for garnish
1/2 tsp. paprika, plus more for garnish
½ tsp. Kosher salt
1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds, for garnish
In a large food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth. Season with salt and spoon into a bowl. Garnish with sesame seeds, paprika, and cinnamon.
